Our first step is determining what the possible sources of pain are, by gathering detailed information (anamnesis) together with a neurological exam, followed by specific scans such as MRI, CT, X-Rays.

Depending on the results we set individual therapy courses which may lead to strengthening the muscles holding the spinal cord, but targeted infiltrations as well (facet joints or epidural).

In more selected cases a surgical operation might be needed with the use of Neuronavigation and microsurgery techniques.
